About
A point of sale that happens to run a diary
Groww POS is booking, checkout, payments, clients, staff and stock for appointment businesses — built till-first, so the awkward tenders and the end-of-day close work properly rather than approximately.
- Ten verticals, one system
- Your terminal, your rate
- Gaps published, not hidden
“Keep your terminal. Keep your rate. Keep every feature.”
One sentence, and every page on this site has to earn it.
What we decided, and why
Built as a point of sale first
Most software in this category began as a booking calendar and grew a checkout later, which is why cash, checks and benefit tenders feel bolted on. Groww POS started at the till: tenders, drawers, end-of-day and receipts are the foundation, and the calendar sits on top of them.
One product, ten verticals
A treatment room, a barber’s chair, a tanning bed and a PT plinth are the same scheduling problem wearing different clothes. Modelling resources properly once is what lets one product serve ten verticals without stretching a hair-salon template over a clinic.
The processing line stays yours
The largest controllable cost in most of these businesses is card processing, not software. We do not want it, we do not gate features behind it, and we do not put a marketplace between you and your own clients.
Claims that survive being checked
Every comparison on this site is sourced and dated, and the build refuses to ship copy that overstates what the product does. That is not modesty — it is that a claim a competitor can disprove in one screenshot costs more than it earns.
How it is built
Four choices that are invisible when they work and expensive when they are missing.
-
Design tokens generated from the app itself
The blue on this page and the blue in the POS are the same value by construction, not by eye.
-
Trilingual from the product, not a translation vendor
English, Spanish and French copy comes from the strings the app already ships.
-
Offline is a requirement, not a feature
A salon does not stop trading because an ISP does. Sales continue and upload when the line returns.
-
Audit trail before analytics
Who changed a price, voided a sale or issued a refund is recorded first. Charts are easier to add later than history is.
What we are not
We are not a marketplace. There is no consumer app selling your Saturday to the highest bidder, no commission on a client who found you through us, and no third-party page between your business and the people who book with it.
We are not a payments company wearing software as a costume. Plenty of platforms in this category earn most of their revenue on the processing line and price the software to get there. Groww POS runs on the terminal you already own, at the rate you already negotiated.
And we are not finished. The customer app does not yet cover class enrolment, waitlists or gift card balances. The POS is a tablet application. Subscription pricing is not published yet. Those are on the roadmap page in plain language, because the alternative is letting a prospect discover them on a busy Saturday in week three.
Keep your terminal. Keep your rate. Keep every feature.
Groww POS runs on the Dejavoo or PAX terminal you already own — no features held back, no marketplace commission.
