Hair Salon software
Salon software that doesn't take a cut of your card sales
Run the chair, the chair's colour stock and the stylist's or barber's commission from one tablet — and settle the card on the terminal you already own.
- Your terminal, your negotiated rate
- No marketplace commission
- Gift card, loyalty and split tenders
Built for the work
How Hair Salon teams actually run
Colour stock that reconciles itself
Log product consumption against the service that used it. Back-bar cost stops being a guess at the end of the month.
Commission without the spreadsheet
Per-service commission rules, pay profiles and payroll periods settle in the same system that took the payment.
Colour corrections that price correctly
Service variants, add-ons and cleanup time on the booking, so a four-hour correction never books like a trim.
Walk-ins and chair rent, for barbershops
A barbershop runs the same floor differently — a walk-in queue beside the diary, and chair-rent barbers working next to commission staff. Both settle in the same payroll period.
Five screens, one tablet
The same system runs the diary, the till, the tip screen, the client record and the stock room. Pick a screen.
A day you can read at a glance
A column per staff member, per room or per chair — whichever is the constraint for Hair Salon teams.
- Drag to reschedule, with buffer and cleanup time attached to the service
- Rooms, equipment and staff booked as separate resources
- Walk-ins dropped into the next real gap, not a hopeful one
One sale, any combination of tenders
Services, retail, packages and deposits settle together — split across as many tenders as the client brings.
- Card and debit on the Dejavoo or PAX terminal you already own
- Split tender across any combination in one sale
- Gift card and loyalty redeemed at the till, not reconciled after it
The tip screen faces the client
Presets and a custom amount on a customer-facing second display, so nobody has to ask and nobody has to guess.
- Preset percentages plus a custom amount
- Tips attributed to the staff member who performed the service
- Flows straight into commission and the payroll period
History where the next booking is made
Visit history, preferences, notes, package balances and membership entitlement on one record.
- Package and membership balances visible before checkout
- Notes and preferences that follow the client between staff
- No marketplace between you and the people booking with you
What the service consumed, priced
Retail sold and product consumed by a service move the same stock, so cost stops being a month-end guess.
- Consumption logged against the service that used it
- Retail sold through the same till as the service
- Stock on hand, cost and margin from one ledger
Every tender your clients actually use
Card is the easy part. Gift, loyalty and split tender are where software written for beauty verticals runs out — and each is a real, processed tender here.

The internet is not a dependency
Salons and barbershops, on the same floor plan
A barbershop is the same shape of problem as a salon: a column per chair, a queue that has to keep moving, and staff paid three different ways. Groww POS treats them as one vertical because the booking model, the till and the payroll rules are the same — a walk-in dropped into the next real gap, a checkout that clears while the client is still standing up, and per-barber commission or chair rent settling from the sales themselves.
Why salons outgrow their first system
The first booking app a salon buys handles the calendar and stops there. Colour stock lives in a notebook, commission lives in a spreadsheet, and the card machine is a separate relationship with a separate statement nobody reconciles.
Groww POS puts those in one ledger. The service that used the colour records the consumption, the stylist who performed it accrues the commission, and the tender that settled it — card, gift card, loyalty points or a split across all three — closes out in the same end-of-day.
Switch with zero downtime
Changing software mid-season is the thing every owner dreads. Here is exactly how it goes.
- 1
We import your data
Clients, services, staff, price list and future appointments — from a spreadsheet or an export from your current platform.
- 2
You keep trading
Run both systems for a week if you want. Nothing is switched off until your team says so.
- 3
Your terminal stays
Dejavoo or PAX — the hardware you already own and the rate you already have. No re-application, no new merchant account.
Questions we get asked
Can I keep my current card terminal?
Yes — Groww POS runs on Dejavoo and PAX terminals you already own, at the processing rate you already negotiated. No features are held back for doing so.
Do you take a commission on new clients?
No. Groww POS has no consumer marketplace, so there is no new-client commission and no third-party site between you and the people booking with you.
What happens if the internet drops mid-service?
The POS has an offline mode. Sales continue and upload when the connection returns.
Keep your terminal. Keep your rate. Keep every feature.
Groww POS runs on the Dejavoo or PAX terminal you already own — no features held back, no marketplace commission.
