What it does

Everything on this list is in the product today. What is not built is on the roadmap, not in this column.

  • Client records with visit and purchase history What they had, who did it and what it cost — on the record, not in someone's memory.
  • Memberships with recurring plans and service benefits Entitlement is checked at the counter in a tap, not looked up in a folder.
  • Packages with balances and usage tracking A real balance that draws down at checkout and shows what is left.
  • Loyalty ledger, earned and redeemed Every point has a line explaining where it came from and where it went.
  • Client reminders The appointment they forget is the hour you cannot sell twice.
  • Client merge for the inevitable duplicates Two records for the same person become one, with both histories kept.
  • Notes and preferences that follow the client between staff The colour formula and the pressure they like are not one stylist's private knowledge.
  • Print or export upcoming appointments and forms The day's list on paper, for the days the tablet is not where you are.

Your client list is an asset, not an audience

The strategic difference between platforms in this category is who owns the relationship. A marketplace-driven platform earns when it introduces a client to you and keeps earning on that introduction. Groww POS has no marketplace, so the question never arises.

The record has to be worth opening

A profile that holds only a phone number gets ignored. This one holds the history, the balances, the reminders and the notes — so opening it before a visit is worth the two seconds.

Switch with zero downtime

Changing software mid-season is the thing every owner dreads. Here is exactly how it goes.

  1. 1

    We import your data

Clients, services, staff, price list and future appointments — from a spreadsheet or an export from your current platform.

  2. 2

    You keep trading

Run both systems for a week if you want. Nothing is switched off until your team says so.

  3. 3

    Your terminal stays

Dejavoo or PAX — the hardware you already own and the rate you already have. No re-application, no new merchant account.

How switching works, step by step

Questions we get asked

Do package and membership balances show at checkout?

Yes. The entitlement is visible on the record and draws down at the till rather than being reconciled afterwards.

Are my clients shared with a marketplace?

No. Groww POS has no consumer marketplace, so your client list is yours and there is no commission on a client who books again.

Can two records for the same person be merged?

Yes. Client merge exists because duplicate records always happen, and the history follows the surviving record.

Keep your terminal. Keep your rate. Keep every feature.

Groww POS runs on the Dejavoo or PAX terminal you already own — no features held back, no marketplace commission.
