Roadmap

What is built, what is coming, and what we will not build

Every hedge elsewhere on this site resolves on this page. If a feature is not in the shipped column, it is not in the product — however good it sounds on a call.

  • When it is marked as shipped, it has been shipped
  • Gaps named in public
  • No marketplace, by decision

The two gaps worth knowing before a demo

  • Clients can book appointments in the customer app, but not enrol into a class, join a waitlist or spend a gift card there yet.
  • The POS runs on an Android tablet. The staff and customer apps go anywhere; running the whole business from a phone does not.

Shipped

In the product today
  • Day calendar with staff and resource columns, drag to reschedule
  • Resources, buffer and cleanup time, waitlist, classes and enrolments
  • Point of sale — multi-rate tax, promotions, discounts, draft carts
  • Payments on Dejavoo (SPIn) and PAX (direct IP) terminals
  • Credit, debit, gift, loyalty and cash tenders
  • Split tender across any combination, plus configurable card surcharge
  • Tips with presets and a customer-facing second display
  • Appointment deposits on your own processor
  • Clients, memberships, packages, loyalty ledger and reminders
  • Staff pay profiles, commission rules, payroll periods and settlement
  • Retail, stock, vendor cost, margin and per-service product consumption
  • Multi-location tenants, registers, cash drawers and per-user access
  • Roles, permissions and an audit trail
  • Offline mode with deferred upload
  • ESC/POS receipt printing over USB or network, plus PDF receipts
  • A staff app on iPhone, Android and web — own schedule, client notes and earned commission
  • A customer app on iPhone, Android and web — clients book, and see points, membership, packages and receipts
  • English, Spanish and French throughout

Next

Committed, in build
  • Class booking and enrolment inside the customer app
  • Gift card balance lookup in the customer app
  • Waitlist — clients join from the app and get notified when a place frees
  • Public App Store and Google Play listings for all four apps
  • Published subscription pricing on the pricing page
  • Reporting and analytics pages, once the BackOffice audit is complete

Later

Planned, not yet scheduled
  • Push notifications and reminders inside the customer app
  • Marketing campaigns beyond the current recipient model
  • Deeper integrations with accounting and payroll providers
  • Client-facing forms and consent capture

Not planned

A decision, not a backlog
  • A consumer marketplace. The customer app shows a client the businesses they already deal with — no discovery feed, no ranking, no commission on a booking. Putting one between you and your own clients is the thing this product exists to avoid.
  • Gating features behind our own payment processing.
  • Contracts that make leaving expensive.

Ask us about the gaps, not just the features

A demo where the missing pieces come up early is a shorter evaluation for everyone.
