Terms & Conditions
Effective
The short version. These terms cover this website, not the Groww POS product. Everything published here is written to be accurate and is sourced where it makes a comparison — but a website is marketing material, not a contract, and the roadmap describes intentions rather than promises.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of growwpos.com. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
They are not the agreement under which the Groww POS software is licensed. If you become a customer, a separate written agreement governs the product, your data and our obligations to you. Where these website terms and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins. Nothing on this website varies a signed contract, and no page here should be read as an offer capable of acceptance.
Using this website
You may read, print and share these pages freely. Please do not:
- attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or the systems serving it;
- use automated means to submit the demo form, or send us false contact details;
- scrape the site to build a competing product or a mailing list; or
- republish our content as your own — see below.
We may restrict access to anyone doing these things. Ordinary crawling by search engines, and reading the page source to check the claims we make about privacy and third-party scripts, are both explicitly fine.
Our content
The text, design, artwork, screenshots, icons and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. The Groww POS name and logo are our trademarks.
You may quote us — including in a comparison against your own product — provided the quotation is accurate, in context, and attributed. We would rather be quoted correctly than not at all. What you may not do is copy the pages wholesale or present our material as yours.
Product claims and the roadmap
We take accuracy on this site seriously enough to enforce it in the build: comparisons are sourced and dated, and copy that overstates what the product does fails our publishing checks. Even so, software changes, and a page accurate on the date shown may drift. If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.
The roadmap is not a promise. Where we describe something as planned, upcoming or not yet built — class enrolment inside the customer app is the clearest example — that is a statement of current intention, not a commitment to build it, to a date, or to any particular shape. Priorities change. Do not buy on the strength of an unbuilt feature. Decide on what the product does today, which is what a demo is for; if something unbuilt is essential to you, get it in writing before you commit.
Pricing information and the calculator
Subscription pricing is not published at the time of writing, and this site does not quote one. Any figure discussed with you directly is subject to a written quotation.
The fee calculator is an illustration, not a quotation. It models one line — card processing — at the rate you type in. It cannot know your actual effective rate, your interchange mix, your monthly minimums, your terminal lease, chargeback fees, or anything else on your statement. Its output is an estimate. Do not make a switching decision on it alone; read your own merchant statement.
Third-party names and links
We name other companies on this site — payment terminal manufacturers whose hardware we support, and the software a business may be migrating from. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. Naming them does not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, and their terms and privacy policies — not ours — apply once you arrive.
Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is a request, not a booking, and it creates no obligation on either side. We will use what you send to arrange and prepare for a demonstration — see the Privacy Policy — and we may decline if the product is not a fit for your business. Where that is the case we will say so rather than take the meeting.
The chat assistant
The assistant answers from a fixed set of prepared responses. It is a convenience, not advice, and it is not a person. Its answers may be incomplete or out of date, and where it disagrees with a page on this site, the page is authoritative. Nothing it says forms part of any agreement. For anything that matters to a purchasing decision, ask a human — it will offer you that route at any point.
No warranty
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website — including reliance on the fee calculator or on a roadmap statement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed materially, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
