- Your terminal, connected live. Tell us whether you run Dejavoo or PAX and we will connect one on the call, run a sale and void it. That is the fastest way to answer the only question that matters.
- Your week, on the calendar. Bring a real week — the double-booked Saturday, the four-hour colour, the two-chair rent arrangement — and we will build it on screen rather than showing you a tidy demo diary.
- The awkward tenders. Split tender, gift cards, deposits. If your clients pay in ways your current software calls a bookkeeping note, this is the part to watch.
- What it does not do. We will walk the roadmap page with you. Every evaluation finds the gaps eventually; finding them in week one is cheaper for both of us.

Before you book
How long does a demo take?
Thirty to forty minutes for a single location. Multi-location and clinical setups usually want an hour, because permissions and registers are worth going through properly.
Do I need to buy anything first?
No. No card, no commitment, and no hardware purchase — if you already run a Dejavoo or PAX terminal, that is the terminal we will use.
Can my team join?
Please bring them. The person who will run checkout on a Saturday will spot in five minutes what an owner might not spot in a month.
What happens after the demo?
If it is a fit, onboarding imports your clients, services, staff and price list, and you can run both systems in parallel until your team says otherwise. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
Will you try to move my payment processing?
No. Keeping your processor costs you no features here, which means we have nothing to gain by pushing you off it.
